Terms & Conditions

Cancellations of 8 days or more notice will not incur any cancellation fee.

Cancellations of 7 to 3 days notice will incur a cancellation fee of $150 per person.

Cancellations of 48 hours notice or less will incur a cancellation fee of the full price of the tour.

Failure to board the tour will result in full charge of tour cost

Picks available in Hervey Bay and Rainbow Beach, drop offs available in both locations.

All pick locations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to tour departure

Non-utilised tour components are not refundable

Tour Itinerary and accommodation options may change due to tide, weather and other conditions

The Operator reserves the right to substitute accommodation options where applicable
